Will Nature's Gain work for me?
If you follow the programme properly you should be able to expect some results from Nature's Gain. Whether you are an AA or larger, Nature's Gain can help to firm, lift or increase your bust size. For a detailed response to this question, click here.

What is a typical Nature's Gain Programme?
Most users will notice firmer and lifted breasts from a 4 month programme. For a 1 cup size increase a 6 month programme is recommended. For more information see our Programme Info page.
What do I have to do?
 A Nature's Gain Programme is simple to follow. All you need to do is take a few tablets each day and drink plenty of water so that the tablets get rehydrated correctly.

 Once you've reached the results you like, cut-down to 2 tablets a day for 12 more weeks. This helps to ensure the results remain.

Will I put on weight?
 No. Nature's Gain stimulates tissue growth in the breast receptor sites so other parts of the body aren't affected. The tablets you take each day total about 4 calories.
Can I exercise?
Try not to take tablets until 2 hours after any exercising you've done. Exercise can possibly wear off the affects of the tablets before they've really had a chance to get to work. Take them when you feel calmed down.
Do I have to take Nature's Gain forever?
No. When you're happy with your results, reduce to 2 tablets a day for 12 more weeks and the programme will then be complete.
Is Nature's Gain safe?
 We think it is very safe. The tablets are a blend of crop ingredients which are then turned into tablets using ultra modern techniques. Don't buy Nature's Gain if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
Nature's Gain has no animal products, no genetically modified crops and no hormones in it.

Will my results remain?
 The results should last many years. But as you age you will naturally lose some tissue as part of the process so you may opt to go on a Nature's Gain top-up programme at some time in the future.
Will dieting affect the Nature's Gain Programme?
We recommend not dieting when on a Nature's Gain Programme. You'll be losing tissue from the breasts at the rate you're trying to add it, so not a lot will appear to happen overall.

Who should not take Nature's Gain?
 Pregnant or lactating women, anyone allergic to the ingredients, or anyone with intestine, bowel or any form of eating disorder. If you are unsure, it's best to speak to your G.P. before you decide to buy. Sorry but we don't sell Nature's Gain to under 18's.
Does Nature's Gain affect the contraceptive pill?
No. All contraceptives are fine. There have never been any problems.
Is Nature's Gain guaranteed?
Sorry, but that's just not possible. There's no product out there that can guarantee success. In the same way that most people respond well to aspirin, there is a always a small minority that will not. You can think of Nature's Gain similarly.

Many factors play a role - age, existing bust size, body chemistry, metabolism, dieting and exercise - they all have some bearing on how long it will all take and how well it will eventually work for you.
